CAD/CAM for Prototype & Production Machining

JSP Mold develops designs using CAD and CAM software for prototype and production machining. JSP Mold is proficient in the application of CAD Design, NC & CMM Software, a completely integrated platform for design and manufacturing. For translation and inspection, JSP Mold utilizes Delcam software solutions along with 3rd party full CMM parts certification.

Delcam PS Exchange is JSP Mold’s translation solution, offering reading capabilities for a wide range of applications. For CMM inspections and reverse engineering, JSP Mold utilizes Delcam Powerinspect, Romer Cimcore Infinite Arm Model 5028 and offers 3rd party full CMM parts certification.

About JSP Mold

JSP Mold is located approximately 100 miles west of Chicago in Milledgeville, Illinois, and serves industrial, manufacturing and engineering companies in the Midwest and beyond. The company was established in 1975 and was incorporated in 1996 as a subsidiary of JSP, North America's premier producer of expanded polypropylene molded products for automotive, packaging and other specialty applications.
